Alternative Wheel Center Caps

there are some draw-backs:

The front caps are unmodified because the bearing sticks out, and since the spare has a flat cap attached to it, it may need to be removed to put the spare on the front.

I was originally going to have those caps machined from thicker material, and have the logo laser-engraved-maybe even a hologram?

I just have to figure out how to polish those spokes. I've been sanding them when I polish the rims, and they still have the machining grooves!

I have a whole set of sanding papers used to take scratches out of plastic airplane windshields and cheap sunglasses. It goes up to 20,000 grit.

Blowing on the part would do more than 20k grit, notebook paper is in the neighborhood of 2000 grit if I rememeber correcly-I don't think you will need finer than 800 on aluminum wheels.
