Ok. well im not sure if this is a bad thing but when i apply the brakes the front tires get hard to turn, and the only way to get them to spin freely again is to take a screw driver and pull them a part. Is this ok, im not sure, im not a car guy. If this is not good then can you tell me what i need to do. Thank you.

Could be a rusty caliper causing the piston to get stuck. Brakes are the single most important part of the car to have functioning properly. I would have it fixed by a professional if possible.
