ad kind of misleading.the ebay thumbnail says 99% orig and low miles.(low miles after rebuilt) 99% orig- with repaint and an accident, don't thing so. nice zed but i don't think it'll get any action with high starting bid.

I love the comment about the accident with minor damage proven by the original radiator still being in the car. How in the heck would anybody know if it's the original radiator? Oh yeah, the numbers matching radiator plate

Personally, the lack of interior and engine bay pictures do it for me! I guess the fact that the seller is asking that kind of money without fixing the clock, the fuel gauge, and giving the car a tuneup is just absolutely icing on the cake! Ooh, ooh, everything was done in '97the same time as the accident:

"All of the rubber seals were replaced in 1997 (windows, doors, hatch, etc.), so this baby is air-tight. In 1996 when the engine was rebuilt, all hoses & belts were replaced as well as MANY other things such as bushings, struts, steering coupler, fuel pump..."

Sounds like a clever way to hide a restoration to me.

I love it! "No Reserve", but it has a $19K starting bid.

No Smog Equipment, Wrong Mirrors, 125,000 miles, Fuel Guage and Clock don't work, and needs a Tune Up.

It also has special "Mr.K" edition rear emblems. Personally fitted by Mr. K! That's why they are not in the position you'd usually see...

Yes, the add is written horribly. Since when is a rebuilt engine and 125,000 miles considered low? Absolutely just like showroom condition? Absolutely! Meticulously maintained, but it needs maintenance? Pretty car. Too bad it has been crashed. And the DNF license plate has to be too funny! Did Not Finish?
