February 25, 200520 yr comment_114116 Hi JohnI'm bringing a bunch of parts to the swap meet for Z Fest in Orlando tomorrow. I have a fan shroud. It's off my husbands 77. You can have it if you want it. It is made of plastic and it's 2 pieces. If it doesn't fit your car you can just pitch it.Vicky Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/15095-fan-shroud/?&page=2#findComment-114116 Share on other sites

February 25, 200520 yr comment_114123 There are no types sold that I know of and there may be more. They are Water-Wetter which is sold at Autozone, so PeP-Boys must sell it also and then there is Radiator Relief that is sold by DEI. DEI can found at most speed shops along with water wetter. February 25, 200520 yr comment_114151 The 2-piece fiberglass fan shroud from a '77 Z will not fit your 240Z if equipped with the original radiator. The MSA shroud one-piece shroud does fit but it is marginal at the top where the radiator guard is located. I got mine securely mounted after some mods to the fiberglass in this area. All it took was a bit of trimming on the shroud, and I made 2 brackets out of 18 gauge sheet metal to mount it. It makes a big difference in water temps when stopped in traffic on hot days.
