When you, your 5 family members, and 4 members of your extended family all occupy a space no bigger than 60m2, your vehicle becomes your only outlet to try to express yourself if you should feel so compelled.

I've seen just as bad or worse at lowrider shows in the states. What people have decided they'll do to Honda Civics never ceases to amaze and disgust me HAHAHAHAHAHA!

You're right about that in terms of design, but I haven't seen body work as rough as some of what I saw on that page in a long time.

I knew a guy who wanted a cheap paint job that would last awhile. 3 hours and a gallon and a half of Sears Weatherbeater later I guess he had it.

Try taking a spin one night to where the local teenage drifter/drag racing elements hang out. You can teel who's driving a Daddy sponsored machine and who isn't real quick. Get ready to laugh your guts out at what you'll see.

You mean HOUSE paint? Wow. A neighbor kid (lives across from my parents) painted his whole Chevy truck with Rattle cans of black paint last summer. :stupid:

I know what you mean. Lots of the Daddy sponsored cars here in my town. Spoiled little rich kids. When I see them at our local In N Out Burger they are mostly acting like Vanilla Ice or that Jami Kennedy charecter "B-Rad" Cracks me UP, everytime!

I think my Dad and my grandfather said the same thing about my Z when I got it in 1985. I got a white 240 a couple of years later and a fella who was 30 years older than me said "Ooohh, the color the cops like huh?" Seems like paybacks are hell because as soon as his son left the house he went to college and dyed his hair purple.

LOL, Yeah, my Dad said the same thing about "Oh, the color that the Cops like" when I bought my 110 Red 1973 240Z (I was 25 at the time), but the funny thing was that I never, ever got a ticket in it in the whole 5 years that I drove it. It wasn't because I didn't speed in it either. I guarentee that!.

appreciate the judgement, i was just trying to prove that not all kids are idiots. Im a z enthusiast just like everyone on this board, i cant afford a nice paintjob, and mine was going to hell fast, so i rattlecanned it. YOU couldnt have made it look better witha spray gun and house of color flat black.

for one. my 280 is flat black also. & 2 the style of stretching narrow tires over wide rims is called hipari. it eases the transition from grip to slip while drifting & makes for a little fender clearance in a pinch.

also, if i get door dinged in the z i dont have to pay out the arse to get the area painted/color matched & dead roman was right, Nothing is meaner than a flat black z.
