UPDATE: New graphics showing front and back designs! -- Mike

Hi all,

We could use your help. Could you give us a few opinions about the Tshirt concepts? Take a look at the following attachments and let us know what you think. We are trying to decide between these ideas:

1) Logo with a car

2) Plain logo with text

Bring on the comments!!

Note: The plain logo shown will be higher on the back and will not show a 240 in the middle.

We are only doing one shirt at this time and it will be white with those designs on them. We will have sizes medium thru xxxL. We are still deciding on a shirt and a designer. It has taken longer then antipicated and I am sorry. I hope we can have something printed up and ready to sell soon. We are hoping to have them before everyone leaves for the show, but it may not happen. I'm doing everything I can to get them done. We will do other merchandise once these shirts start selling. It's a long process for one person to design and one person to coordinate/process.

I don't know why it takes longer to get to one place by mail then another. All I can say is I mail everything out right away and from there it's up to the mail gods. hehe

We will keep you posted and as soon as we have them for sale, we will not hold them back! We could also do like overnight shipping for a couple dollars extra if anyone will want that. Something to think about.

Glad everyone likes the designs. Those are Mike's babies. He did a great job!

You'd probably turn more of the one with the car, but if you accidently make another with the 240 logo in extra large, consider it sold. :cheeky:

I approve of the logo with car because it looks nearly identical to my 71 240Z!

The perfect shirt, IMHO, would have the slogan added and a small Z logo on the front.

Just a suggestion on the brand of T-shirt you might look into, as they are of very good quality....Beefy T's T-shirts. The neck opening will not become oversized from wearing and or washing and the material is not that thin whimpy stuff you see on the cheapO t-shirts. Just some food for thought!!!

Great design!!! I vote for the logo with the car, and I think the colors are great. If you put the PPP on the front would they be in the red and black?

That is the exact tshirt that we picked out. I ordered the tshirts last night and the final sample will be ready for our approval next Tuesday (fingers crossed). Right now we just went with the white tshirts with the latest designs. If these sell well, then we will make other colors, etc. And I hope we sell the heck out of them and have to order more right away!

Credit card ready racegirl. I want 1 XL & 1 adult Med. If there is a combo deal with the CD I'll probably do that. Might even brake down and get a hat.

I like the shirt with a car. I agree that the "240" excludes those with 260s and 280s since I have a 280 and won't buy a "240" shirt.

***suggestion: I despise white T-shirts. they're such a pain to keep free of spots and stains & they almost always show up waaay to quick for me. ;-)
