Hi all,

I spent a good amount of time upgrading our gallery portion of the club. It's now about 95% where I want it to be... This is a good thing because I'm usually very picky with this stuff.

Anyway, you will notice the gallery has a bunch of new features and it looks a lot cleaner than it did. Errors should be gone, but, if you see any please let me know.

I also added a few other goodies to other parts of our website. If you look at the main menu, you'll notice that our ol' Randomizer is back. This baby will load 50 random images out of the gallery for your enjoyment. If you want 50 more images... simply refresh your page.

There is also a shortcut on EVERY post to a users' gallery. The shortcut is located in a drop-down option if you click the users' name while browsing a thread. To try this, open a thread (this one is probably a good one) and then click on my name in the left of the message. You'll see the drop-down menu and it should contain a link to my GALLERY.

I also added a link to a users' gallery in the profile page. So, if you click on "view XXXXXX's profile" it will show you the gallery link on that page. I have to improve the way it looks but it's functional.

I had to beef up my PHP coding skills a bit more, but, it was fun nonetheless. IF anyone has questions, give me a shout.

Oops... I almost forgot that our front page also now has a redesigned look and the code has been totally re-written.

Sure.. I wanted to improve that area because I wasn't quite happy with the old style it had. The new improvements are pretty good. But, I haven't seen any uploads since I did it. So, I am hoping that everything is ok with it. Can you do a test upload?

Ok, thanks Carl. I saw it and approved it.. Looks like newest photos that are sent to private galleries are not shown on the main page. I'll change a bit of code to see if I can get everything to show up on the main page (no matter where it's uploaded to).

Mike, thanks for the random image feature.

I noticed a problem with the members gallery. When you rank the photos by most views, newest, or most active and then try to see another page (2,3,4,etc) what you get is a default back to page 1 ranked alphabeticaly.

Mike, I also noticed that the randomizer only pulls photos from catagories other than member galleries. Would be nice to get a selection of photos from the largest gallery on the site (member galleries).
