Hello forum,

I read this forum daily but haven't participated very often. But I do have a question which I hope you can help me with. I have a series 1 240z with a build date of 1/71. When using the CD to locate correct parts, I find that, quite often, the dates end at "up to 12/70", or are listed as starting "from 1/71". Although my car was manuf. on 1/71, the very last of the series 1 cars, I am assuming that parts good up to 12/70 would include my car since it is a series 1. Is this assumption correct?

Also, on the parts CD, there is a column headed with "ICA" with "N" & "F" sub- columns below the heading. I have been told that this indicates wheather a part is interchangeable with a previous part. What do the N & Y stand for, the obvious Yes & No? Could someone expand on this for me.
