November 13, 200717 yr comment_228462 Does the R32 have rear steer? I can see the tie rod in the pic. Will this be functional or will it have a permanent set? November 21, 200717 yr Author comment_229255 Keep up hte great progress Mull I just wrote a bit of a feature for your car on http://grandjdm.com/ Hope you don't mind. I don't mind at all : ) Does the R32 have rear steer? I can see the tie rod in the pic. Will this be functional or will it have a permanent set? Yes, it has "rear steer" aka. Hicas. It will be locked up and not used : ) And here's a little something else: Pretty much everything is now in place. Have my sights on a pair of 300zx aluminium spindles, complete with brakes, rotors and 5-lug hubs. Last pic is just testing what a 265 wide tire would look like. Henrik och Andreas - aka Huddinge Kustoms : ) Negative camber for teh win. Shocks aren't in proper place, cut spring, no hicas. It's a mess : ) /me is very satisfied with the progress. The shifter seems to have gone astray though : ( Back to the boring garage... Hugo's trying on some new shoes. December 13, 200717 yr comment_231254 I am sure everyone would agree that watching your clips is amazing. My only complaint is being impatient for the next one. I am also in the middle of a restoration and it can be frustrating how many things come up to slow the project down. I can hardly wait for you to finish so we can see what the car is going to look like! Keep up the good work and as always: post more movies!!! carl Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/15918-my-71-240z-project/?&page=14#findComment-231254 Share on other sites
December 13, 200717 yr comment_231255 I forgot. In the picture above with you sitting in the car with your hand in the transmission tunnel, do you find yourself making vroom vroom noises? At this time the only noises my car makes are the ones coming out of my mouth. December 13, 200717 yr comment_231257 I noticed the body line where you shaved the fuel door is a little off. Are you going to address that, or do you care. Of course it'll be adressed. :stupid: Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/15918-my-71-240z-project/?&page=14#findComment-231277 Share on other sites
