I am by no means an expert on such things... but it looks to me more like they spliced a 240Z body onto a 350Z.

The hood, center transmission "hump"... it all looks 350Z'ish.

Even the front end details.

But with enough time and money....

Dude you need your eyes checked.

Its a S30 chassis, with a 350z dash, and some fibreglass that looks like a s2000 front bumper.

i wonder what would have to be done to fit that in my 240z?

All you would need is a whole lot of time, money, and experience although you could get by with just a whole lot of money if you prefer to not do the work yourself.

Buy the pieces, cut them up, put them in.

From Car-parts.com

Complete 350Z interior $990

parts

dash $350

instrument cluster $250

Radio $275

heater/ac controlls $125

Steering column $125

Steering wheel $125

add labor, and extraneous parts, and you are done.

Sell your current interior to us.

I would imagine that the wiring would be easier if you dropped in the engine out of a 350Z at the same time which is what appears to have happened in this particular case.

Why not just buy a TOAD, and pass the S30 on to someone who will appreciate it for what it is?

Carl, you kill me! You took the words right out of my mouth!!! ROFL This Z was at the MSA show. Nice exicution on the mods. However, IMO, the front of the Z looks......well, less than desireable (politically correct description). Like Carl suggested, by a Toadz.....it will likely cost less.
