You know the purists are about to bombard you with insults Victor! I think it looks perfect.....looks just like it belongs there! I'm sure its good for at least 20 more horsepower...... ROFL I just had to throw that comment in Victor....it's that male affection thing you know? Bottom line....5 stars out of 5.

You might be right Lachlan. I have a wood AMCO knob, with the Datsun Griffin logo that I may need to clean up and re-shoot with clear. It sit's a little too high for my tastes though. The stock, black plastic knob reccess onto the shift lever, for a lower grip.

That looks great Victor! It is period correct for the roadster that's for sure. If you compare it to the original steering wheel for the '67 and 68 Corvette they're quite similar. In Australia the 1968 to 1971 Monaro, and the 1970 Torana GTR and XU-1 had one much the same. I scanned this from an 8/70 Monaro brochure.
