TomoHawk-I know, I used creative license-I used the first set of control arms, and what you suggested is exactly how I got rid of the mushroom-but it took a 20ton press to get the sob cut part out!

1-Bravo-6 I just thought that up, and thought the changes I would share. I have a Dodge truck, and everybody knows a

is realy what a ford is...

Carl. Big fish do run deep, but I think you really went out to the Garage for a bit-o-fun! Ohterwise, having admittedly owned a PINTO, you surely couldn't have passed that post up!

I'm not sure I should admit this, but..............I didn't have many complaints about my Pinto. Maybe because it had the German Ford 2.0L engine? I dunno, Anyway, it ran really good for an econo-shitbox car. Sure it wasn't a Z, but I didn't expect one for the $2300 I laid out for it.

However, it was the only Ford I've ever owned.

I'm going back out to the garage now, I have some unfinished business out there, He,He,He.

Carl is it true what they used to say about a Whopper? I figured you might find out in your garage ROFL !

But the real question is: "Have you got a sheep and a motorbike out there ROFL ?

Will

PS. has anyone got a picture of the 240Z dash light rheostat, I have been putting my dash back together, and I can't find the bugger! Noy Trip cable was freakafried too-used a spare, but I have three different rheostats...

Don't knock Fords, afterall, the 1.9L Escort was a hemi...heh.

While we're on the odo subject, this is how mine works:

You can reset it to 000 but eventually gets caught on a random number, like 2 and will then line up 222 and just go 222 333 444 555 666....cable looks fine on a visual inspection....

Does this sound like a cable or a odo problem?

Tom--how did the cable work itself into a knot? If both ends are attached, a literal knot is pretty cool!

And yeah, I tried C4 and it didn't work. Washing the exterior didn't help the odo either.

I don't know what they used to say about a Whopper.

Have an old Honda Trail 90 in the garage, but no sheep. I figured there are plenty of lonely Aussies and New Zealanders out there, so why deprive one of them of some companionship. ROFL

Here's your pics. Needs a little DeoxiT

"It takes two hands to handle a Whopper"

Well, a motorbike does get good mileage!

I cant see Rick with a Sheep, a Kiwi, Maybe, but not a sheep !

I must be in trouble, none of my three rheostats resemble your pictures-I have one like that out up somewhere though. Now what car/box is that thing stored in...

No, Will,

Kiwi's are out for me mate.

Ya ever see one ????

Little fat, stumpy things with skinny legs.

And they can't fly, so why call them birds ???? Might be better to call them walks. LOL

Nice try Carl, but you'll have to settle for 2 out of 3 mate.

Rick.

:devious: :devious:
