My '71 240Z T/S switch needs replacing. I notice VB has different ones depending on the year Z. Courtesy shows one switch for 76-78. What gives? My car was built 2/71.

There are two different switches (at least) for 240Z. The main difference is the wiring harnesses & connectors attached to the switches.

My MSA catalog shows 2 switches:

45-4070 for 70-71 $78.05

45-4071 for 72-73 $114.75
