I am looking for a header flange for a square port (or round port if you have one) head. I am going to make a custom header and want a flange to work from. If you have an old rusted out header you can cut the flange off, I will have a new one made from it as a template. Let me know if you can help...

I happen to have my square port header off the engine at the moment. I could trace the flange on paper if that would help.

i'm actually in the process of making 1/4" aluminum headplates to convert round to square heads..... i'll let you know on my progress...

If you cold do that I would appreciate it. Can you also figure out where the ports go and draw them in as well. Having only the outline won't be enough... There is a waterjet company nearby, and I was going to have them make a couple flanges for me out of 3/8 stainless. Let me know if anyone else can help me out.

You could also use a cast iron manifold for a pattern.

I think I still have the headers that I cut off my '70 240Z. If you haven't found anything else, I'll look tonight. I'm taking the car back to stock, and the headers were rusty junk anyway, so if you want the flange, I can cut it off. I wouldn't need any $$ for it, but I'd need you to pay for shipping. Let me know if you're interested and I'll look.

Ah, yes. Sorry. It's sitting out in the garage on the floor under the 240Z which is up on jack stands. So, do you want a pic first or anything, or shall I just sawzall the runners off and box it up? It came off an E31 head. Should be able to accomplish that sometime this weekend. Just finished scuff sanding my rear suspension pieces in prep for an afternoon's painting work.

You can just cut it and send it. Let me know how much I owe you and I will get it out to you. I really appreciate this. I will make it up to you...
