July 11, 200519 yr Author comment_130179 I installed the NISMO strut tower brace Sunday. It just bearly clears the valve cover (1/16 of an inch, is that OK?) and the hood closes fine. I torqued the bolts to 25 ft. lbs. I believe that's what the FSM calls for. I left the washers off because I was afraid the nuts wouldn't have enough thread left to tighten properally. I'll try to get a few pics soon. I don't think it would work on a FI 280Z FWIW. Price is $170.69 shipped.jmark...this link is unbelievable...I've been able locate some parts I thought were long NLA for my '71...the NISMO rear spoiler (too bad I already bought the CDM 432 style spoiler), fan shroud, even door finishers, and dashes, certain door and window moldings...I've already loaded up my shopping cart with $1500 worth of wishfull and needful things(but I need to get practical within my already blown budget)...THANKS!!!!I actually am in process with it's resurrection, doing some mechanical now, should be into paint/body by next weekend...this will really help put the finishing touches on my ride...
