WTD: A Grind Camshaft From a 240z Engine Head

Hi people i am after an <b>A GRIND</b> camshaft for a 240z prefer someone from Australia to have one. By that i mean the camshaft with <b>A</b> stamped on the end of it and generally were from the 240z type engine heads.

If anyone in Australia has one please let me know.
