I have a quick question in preparation for some new site developments... What kind of screen resolution are you running? If you could answer my poll, I can get a good idea about how to design our next 'look'...

If you don't know how to get your resolution, simply right-click on the windows desktop and select properties. Next, select advanced. Not sure how to do that on a Mac... sorry..

I am doing this because I need an idea of how I should design these web pages. Most of the pages are geared toward a resolution of 800x600 or higher right now. But, there are some very cool things I can do if we adopt 1024x768 as our minimum size.

1152 X 864 here (which is not on the options) as I can't go to 1280 without screen flicker

I'm using 800 X 600 at the moment. Plan on more resolution........

By the way, sometimes when the site opens I can't see all of any particular column. Never seems to be the same but today I can see all of the columns. Don't know if this is a site problem or mine.

Good point DatsunZguy... if you have a different resolution than what is chosen, pick the closest one.

Also, some people may use a HIGHER resolution (like me) such as 1600x1200 and browse websites in a smaller window. In that case, simply pick the resolution that closely matches the window size you use. In my case, my computer screen is 1600x1200, but, my browser window is close to 1024x768.

It's not an exact science to pull data like this, but, I simply want to know what most of you are using so we can make sure the experience here is good.

I use 1024x768 normally, but I do all my web work at 600x800 to keep dialup use viable-I have broadband, but not everyone does.
