June 27, 200519 yr Author comment_128729 Thanks. I'm in Cottage Grove, MN. so I'm a little ways away from you I never heard or knew anything about a Z show at Morrie's Nissan?? Interesting. B.T.W. MAX, You'll love the Panasports. They look so sharp on the Z. I'm very happy with the BFGoodrich traction T/A's I bought last year. What I loved about them is that they have a real stiff sidewall compared to others which is what you want on a sports car like the Z for excellent handling. I wanted to keep the stock size so I got the 14X6 Panasports with the stock tire size which is 195/70R14 I'm VERY happy with them. My Z handles like a dream on turns and on S Curves through country roads I highly recommend them. I got my Traction T/A's online at http://www.tirerack.com and they shipped them to me. I was a happy customer. I then loaded them up in my daily driver once they arrived along with the rims and I took them down to Tires Plus which was listed as one of Tire Racks installers and they mounted them for me and got them balanced. Then I picked them up and installed them on my Z. (Nobody touches my Z but me I'd for sure consider them if your looking for new tires. They are also not bad price wise either. Good luck. Thanks again for the compliments. I see so many other nice looking Z's on here like jmarks for example along with many others and I thought "Might as well show off my pride and joy as well Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/16372-beautiful-pics-of-my-z/?&page=2#findComment-128729 Share on other sites

I'll check out those Traction TAs for sure.Yes, I'm anxious to get my 73 240Z back from the body shop and get those Panasports and new tires on it and hit some curves. And by the way......You may want to check out the local Z club (ZOOM) "Z Owners of Minnesota" . The car show was announced in their monthly flyer...The web site is http://www.zownersofmn.org/Maybe we'll see you at the July 11 meeting in Minnetonka.Good Luck Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/16372-beautiful-pics-of-my-z/?&page=2#findComment-128747 Share on other sites

Ah, cool. I got there late, pretty much as everybody else was leaving (at least the Datsun people... there seemed to be an abundance of 300ZX's there when I showed)... though it was still great to soak up the Z stuff goin' on. I was sort of surprised at how much some of those guys (and gals too!) were willing to go into the finer points about Z's with a total stranger, me, nonetheless, a young pup with long hair wearing an AC/DC shirt. That one guy with the "beater" silver and gray 280ZX (Jeremy?) was nice enough to take me for a quick cruise too. T-tops kickass! I like the stance with the Panasports. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/16372-beautiful-pics-of-my-z/?&page=2#findComment-184312 Share on other sites
October 2, 200618 yr Author comment_184358 Hey Mark, Yep, I have all 4 KONI adjustable suspension with lowered springs. I love the way she sits too. It's nice to be able to adjust the firmness. It came with a little white knob that fits onto the top of the struts and I can turn it counterclockwise a few clicks for a more softer ride or I can crank them clockwise a little to stiffen the ride on country road S Curves I really love them. Also my baby has all poly bushings and this year I installed new factory Nissan Ball Joints and new Nissan Tie Rod ends. Originals where in pretty rough shape. Now she rides like a dream Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/16372-beautiful-pics-of-my-z/?&page=2#findComment-184358 Share on other sites
