Wheels are "Performance" brand, from the 1970's.

Headlight covers are home made - took a pair of plastic headlight covers (usually with rubber surrounds) and found some door protector strips that were flexible rubber and metal (aluminium?). Painstakingly wrapped and glued the protector strips onto the lens. I was pleased with the result, as the chrome is a bit finer than the Nissan items and the whole lot would have only cost around US$150 (as opposed to US$600 or more for the real thing).

Will, you might be out of luck State-side. The "Performance" brand originates from Australia, I believe. Still widely available there.

The "Simmons" brand (also Australian?) has a similar looking wheel, but not quite as nice IMO.

Hard to tell from my pic (above), but the Performance 5-star alloy is an unpainted metal rim, with each recessed part of the star painted metallic silver. You often see the recessed parts painted a darker grey or black, or even a colour to match the car.
