Posted July 18, 200519 yr comment_130981 A group of 13 sportbike riders (including me) from Vancouver came down to Winthrop today to ride the PRISTINE Cascades pass. While having lunch there I happened to notice a flat black (?) 280 with rewinds go by, not sure if it was someone here. I saw a 240 as well, but can't seem to remember the color?? To much brain processing today in the endless twisties. My face actually hurts from the ear to ear grin I wore all day and into the night.Anyway, I ended up seeing the 280 again as we caught up to it north of Marblemount. Looks nice. Those rims would look nice on my car. I will have to get a set of those in the future. If only my 260 had the same power to weight ratio as my bike............... Winthrop is in Okanogan County, Wash. where I live. Those mountains would be a good ride in a Z or on a bike.
