I too can't wait to see all the pics. They are an education on how it should look and be done.

You ought to write the sequel to Web Hubble's classic. Your knowledge is something the rest of us will need.

Thank you for selling me the parts that I needed and also for the candid truth about my cam. Somehow I knew that was the answer. I'll give Delta Cams a call on Monday and find out how bitter the pill will be. :sick:

Reading back through these posts, comments made by some blokes who also have cars to be proud of must make you extremely proud of your accomplishments. Quite rightly so.

Hi Ed, again great job. I noticed the placement of the tie down hooks on the rear suspension. Were they located there when you started your restoration? And I have to say I love the pedal assemblies also.

Well done! Its looks a squillion dollars Ed. It is a great resto and something for all the other resto guys to aim for. Once again the bar has been raised. There's hope for us yet!

No, I moved the hooks there. I wanted them out of sight and still be able to use them to tie the car down on the trailer.

That is just amazing Ed you deserve for all the hard work you put in it! Hope to see at a car show next year(have fun).

IMHO I would get an original chrome wing-mirror to replace the black plastic one, and I'd get me some Panasport wheels for that beauty!
