I feel stupid for asking this...

...if I were to switch out my automatic transmission in my '72 240Z, for a manual, what all besides the transmission would need to be changed?

I have 2 L24 engines and tranny's if you might need them, plus all of the pedals, linkage ect. will sell it to you real cheap if your up for a road trip!
