All Watanabe's Mounted..New Pics Inside

Watanabes can be had for pretty cheap in Japan, though not inthe condition of 240Ztt's wheels. He's got it all . . . Watanabe rims, caps, and lug nuts. My concern is that the tires are a bit too small for the rims - looks like sidewall bulge to me. Whatever! Great look and great car. I need Watanabe caps and lug nuts for my car . . . .

Thanks Miles.

I am actually looking for (2) 15x8 SSR Longchamp XR-4 with a set of 4 center caps if you come across any. I already have (2) 15x10 -40 that I may use with road race or drag tires. Let me know what you can do for me?

Thanks,

Joe

They are pretty, but a pair of Sus can go way to the rich side of the A/F ratio, what does the third one do-other than look pretty? Is there a forced induction plenum that should be in the picture too?

If you could mount two sets of them right behind the front wheels(one set on each side) wheels to set off that rim....

...more airflow. However, it's still not and ideal setup, having uneven pulsing.

What.... No comments on the intrecasies and labor that went into the build? No asking how I managed the linkage and such? the 61' Jaguar E-type and the 62' Austin Healey (3000 MK.II) ran triples side-drafts on their straight sixs and only dropped back down to 2 when the service guys whined about keeping them tuned.

If any of you read the Nov/Dec 1997 issue of Z-car magazine (page 45-47) you'd see what I was shooting for. I tried to keep a stock appearence with the exception of the third float bowl. I understand if y'all don't like it but a little incurragement goes a long way. How many of these have you ever seen?

The set-up will go onto a F54 block punched out 40 over with a stage 2 cam, electronic ignition with an MSD 6AL , knife-edged and ballanced crank, turbo oil pump, not real sure what head I'll run but it will be ported and polished and most likely have bigger valves with 4 or 5 angle grind on 'em. Center force 2 clutch, B/W T-5 (manual) tranni, R-200 posi diff, CV halve shafts, 84' Toyota 4-piston calipers in the front and 240 SX disc brake conversion in the rear. Full Energy Suspension Kit, 25mm sway in the front and 19mm in the rear, KYB struts and Eibach progressive rate lowering springs............

There's so much more but I'm way off subject here, NICE wheels. I might trade up some day and get some of those. I got 225/55R16's all the way around at the present time.
