My wife says...

Yes, but while I am speeding down my runway, the garage door needs to stay shut until I am about 2 feet away then open at the last second leaving about 3 inches clearance on either side. I need to do this while wearing my mask and having that Batman grimace like 'oh my God I'm constipated!'. But I really don't want to wear my underwear outside my pants.

I always thought that a "Guys" place was in the garage. A place where we can hide from the wife, kids, phone calls and other things. A place where we can put that old greasy part that you'll get to some day to tinker on. A place that we can call our own. A batcave if you must. If you let your significant other take over YOUR batcave then you might as well move out.

How very true.

I once gave my Dad a book titled "A man needs a shed". It was full of guys who had somewhere to store...er...um....junk, crap, old files, nuts and bolts, engines, tractor parts etc. Some guys had farm barns stacked to the brim with absolute junk...but you know what...sacrifice the "shed" and that's it....divorce.

My wife won't come near my garage...but here in "blighty" the garages are small so you can't swing a cat...so only big enough for a town car and BBQ...tiny.

A man needs a shed.

LOL

If you need a shed do what I'm doing (if you've got the space of course), build one yourself.

I needed a shed when I moved in to our new house. Only problem is I needed to pull the old one down (before it fell on my Zed) and build the new one too.... I think next time I'll leave it to the professionals, I still don't know how to complete the massive hole in the ground that will become my pit!

I started 6 months ago and just don't have the time, but 20ftx30ft should be enough room for me... May be a little small though

;)
