Time for you to sell your car as you own if for the wrong reasons. Spend some time with a revoked license and you will see how important it is to get a chirp out of 2nd.

Maybe I seemt to forget the line of ladies and recognition I got when I was 18 and could candy cane my 280 2+2.

Yesterday, I just had to try it. So I made a maximum effort burn out. I was surprized at just how much tire smoke and how far I was able to spin the tires. I actually shifted and was still smoking the tires in second for maybe another 50 feet or so... I am happy.... well maybe another 50 Hp. would be nice.... RO 100 or 200,, or 1,000,000,,, rorrrrr r ar pbkfakl;dkl;gkll;fk;al'

never mind .....

My first Z car was a wrecked 81 280zx. Reason it was wrecked...Driver was convienced it couldn't do a 2nd gear chip and made a hard shift into 2nd and slid the rear end out and hit a pole...Can't wait to get that zx engine into my 240z. I get into trouble with the cops once for that too...LOL...he comes up and asked if I was the one who spun the tires into 2nd. I was like oh no, in this rusted peice of junk officer? I can't beat a Geo, much less spin 2nd gear...Then he smiles and said year right..I have a 74 260z at home in the garage, and judging how quite that chirp was I'd say that was 3rd gear, not 2nd...I just smiled and he said to calm down on my rpms between shifts and let me go..funny thing was, I saw him in his 260 a couple weeks later, and we raced off a stop light...LOL
