Posted October 11, 200519 yr comment_141282 Hey guys,im in my first class of the morning, and im in trouble. Last night me and my pal got the Z running like a champ, took it for a spin and all was well, after fixing up some links and some wiring, it magically runs again! well today i think i made a major discovery. While we where working i had the steering console off, exposing all the wiring. Now, this wiring was moved around quite a bit while we worked on it, not intentionally. This morning i saw it fit to take the Z to school, but i started noticing somthing on the last few left turns i took, the car was begining to die out, just like that night it happened the first time....and if i think back, it happened on a hard left turn just coming away from my house. When it happeneds, i can tell the fuel pump is shutting off, and the relays in the kick panel are going off and on, so i am pretty sure there is loose wiring in the steering console....any suggestions? im going to see if i can resolve this at lunch time, i really dont want the Z stranded at my school. October 11, 200519 yr comment_141283 Will the car run at all? You can hot wire the pump to get you home. But i am not sure on how this is done Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/17582-kinda-stranded-at-school/#findComment-141283 Share on other sites
