How nany sets of Wheels do you own?

How many sets do you have for use on a road course, drag. autoX, etc. or just plain touring/driving?

What wheel size & tire size(s)? Manufacturer maybe (tires)?

No Tire sizes yet, But I have the stock steel wheels, a set of Shelby 500's in 14x6, a set of stock Turbo "Swastikas", and a set of RS8 Watanabes in 15x7 & 15x7.5. I will be selling the ones that I will not be using some day?

Used to have a street set of 6 spoke ZX wheels with Michelin 195/65/14's and a race set of 15 x 8 steel circle track wheels with 250/45/15 Yokohama A005 slicks. New brakes won't fit 14's so I got me a set of Kumho V700 225/50/15's for the steelies, probably going to buy a new lighter set of race wheels and tires.

I used to drive to the autox on the street tires with 3 wheels in the hatch and one riding shotgun and switch them right there. Now I have a GMC 1500, so hopefully I'll be towing to the next race I go to...

14" slot mags with Falken Azenis RT 195/60-14s (not in use, 1 is my spare)

15x7 Konig Rewinds, Falken Azenis RT 205/50-15

15" snowflakes, getting ready to powdercoat and sell them.

Plus 2 sets for the Magnum and 2 sets for the corvette.

One set of slotted 14x7 U.S.Indy mags with very crappy 205/60/14 cooper cobera's on them. One set of Diamond steel 15x7's with Goodyear 9x23x15 (264/36/15) R250 cantilever slicks, I can fit 2 in front of the ear strut tower brace and 2 lying flat in the rear and all my tool and a jack and go to the races with the hatch shut and passenger seat open (incase I might find a beautiful chick that need a ride). Any wider tires or larger diameter and I could not do it.

I dream of a set of Volk Racing TE37 15x7's for the street with 225/50/15's, the wheels look great and only weigh 9.2 lbs, they must feel great.

Two sets of Rewinds with Goodyear 430 compound tires. ( one graphite/one silver)

one set of Diamond 15 x 8's with Hooiser 225/45/15's . With one extra set of tires.

2 sets of Diamond 15 x 7 Steel wheels spares in boxes, but used.

Several sets of 14 x 6 Slots with various street tires.

One set of 14 x 6 ZX 6 spoke with roller tires on them.

One 6 spoke ZX wheel mounted on wall for power cord storage.

I feel out of place in this thread. I don't even have one full matching set yet! My '71 came with five 14" slotted mags. The fronts are 14X6 with 0 offset (unknown brand), the rears are 14X6 with about 3/4" negative offset (different unknown brand) and the spare is 14X5.5 with 0 offset (Western).

Someday I'll get a matching set of something, but I've got a lot more important things to worry about right now.

I bought some Falkens recently for my orginal 14x6 slotted mags, good treadwear/traction ratings, nice tread design. Those 6 spokes of yours are 14" arent they? Im sure theres plenty of other better tires out there for xcross, but for whipping around the backroads in my area they seem to do the trick pretty well. The tires were 50$ bucks each with free shipping to your door.

Yeah, mine are the 14" ZX spoke wheels.

I was at the Tire Kingdom, and they don't seem to have much in 60-series for 14" wheels. The onews they had (Sigmas) looked more like an off-road tread. My preference is 205/60SR14s, but I might have to go back to 195s on the front wheel so it doesn't rub the left rail when you turn the wheel all the way right (or left).

If I get another set of wheels, I think I'll get some 15 inchers.
