Very interesting Brycey, I have a similar set up in my 240Z. RB26DETT with a Garrett GT35R turbo.

Had an Autronic SM2 in there before but will be using an Apexi Power FC D-Jetro soon.

hehehe thanks mate yeah its really coming together, 2 months ago i was thinking that it will NEVER happen because its taken so long to get everything on track, but now things are really looking up this is where the big ground is made so im happy - but the wallet and girlfriend isnt

hehehe, im not sure how but i came accross your site a number of months ago, earlier this year if i remember correctly and i thought it was fantastic! yeah i thoght your turbo would be something like the GT35/40, great turbo, low lag with lots of power great to finaly talk to you! haha

just alittle update on the 240 tho, i picked these up from my mate today, we orderd 12 in fresh from japan, he is using 6 for his skyline R33 with a hybrid RB30/RB25 ( i think they just call them RB30DET?) and im using the other 6 on my RB25, genuine Nismo 740cc

my auto sparky just got married this weekend so he will be on holidays for another 3 days, in that time my mechanic hopes to have the exhaust system fully finished so ill have pictures of that at the start of next week, the fuel tank will be getting made very soon, still deciding on the final design, but its all coming together very nicely heheh so there should be some large updates within the next few weeks

I really should be getting stuck into mine again but having bought a house and also another Ozzy delivered R32 GTR last week money isnt exactly floating around at the moment. But its all fun and games

Very tempted to drop the built motor from the zed into the GTR..

zed should be the first priority! heheh

hey mate, yeah i love the exhaust setup aswell, havnt seen a 240/260 done like that before and its defo exceeded my expectation so im really happy

yup the boot froor was cut out because i have a custom alu fuel tank on the way, also the pasanger side floor i found as a rust hole in it the size of your hand spread out, but thats an easy fiz, the driver's floor seems to be in good nic but ill probly replace it while im at it hahahhaha

Did you car have the transmission tunnel ears or the bolt up style?

Is that the skyline crossmember you used?

the transmission is rubber mounted then bolted directly to the body

the crossmember i used came from a Holden VL Commodore, as they have a RB30 standard and a RB30T on the higher models, they are quite strong and are suited to what im doing very nicely
