I've gone for stock rubber back in the suspension arms but urethane for sway bars, steering coupler and rack mounts. I'm thinking that I'll have sharper steering but a great ride. Best of both worlds.
Not a bad idea. I recall installing a fair number of the factory harder rubber rack mounts back when I used to do suspension and brake work for a living. Much nicer steering feel. Never understood why Nissan gave the US models such soft rack mounts.

I haven't swapped out the steering coupler because I was not wanting hard feedback through the steering wheel. The rest of the front is all urethane. Steering response was greatly improved. What do you folks think about the coupler in rubber to cushion the shock?

I went ahead and replaced the steering coupler with the urethane part, since it was in the kit and I had everything apart at the time. With urethane rack mounts, urethane coupler & rebuilt front suspension, the steering on my Z is TIGHT. It definitely gives a feel of the road, quite a contrast to my cars that have a Pitman arm/idler arm/power steering setup.
