Wheels, tires and performance

Hi All,

Pretty new to the Z, and am LOVING my car. I've trolled the archives and read many posts on the wheel/tire topic, but am still trying to figure out what size replacement wheels/tires would be best on my 77 280Z with poly bushings and Tokiko struts but otherwise stock suspension. My tires need replacing which is what has me thinking about replacing the wheels as well.

I drive a fast, windy mountain road on my commute (lucky me!), and it rains quite a lot 3-4 months of the year.

Concerns I've identified in my reading are:

- handling

- wheel rubbing

- hydroplaning

- forgiveness for potholes, etc

Your suggestions and input would be very much appreciated.
