xxxxxxxxxI just bought a1973 240 with 108000 k from the original owner! I had to buy a Z cause (like in the Blues Brothers movie) it was misson from god:) complete with the beam of shinig light on a &) Z out in a horse pasture! It had bad cancer and the old guy was asking 5000g ,but he handed me the keys ,even after not starting it for amont after battery hook up, it fireed right up & the sound got me looking for a70-74 240z. Ifound this 73 on craigslist for 3200! The man was a retired Boeing man of 40 years& he kept every thing I have a5inch stack of everything ever done from the original window sticker to the rebuilt engine he had put in 92. The motor has 9500 miles on it now I put on 1500 of those. He even documented how many gallons of gas & price of EVERY purchase a bit over anyl for me but I figured "How could I go wrong?". It has some cancer bot edge of doors@lower frt 1/4 panels. Sounds like I lucked out, the dash is not cracked ,even the tires purchased in 1985 had the little rubber nips on the sides. I promptly wore them away cause I dont think he corners quite like I do. Safely and when no traffic is around(Safteydisclamerbrought to by Am 40 going on 19!) Thanks for you site Jimmy& Julie
