the only thing i would do is get rid of the wheels so the hubcaps are gone, and get some fatter tyres hehehe but thats just me

Great lookin 78. I am thinking about purchasing a 77 or 78 280z to drive daily, since I now drive my 72 daily and would like to 'semi-retire' it to save it for my son in 20 years.

Tell me your opinion if you would, on how you like the 78. If you are knowledgeable, besides the 5 speed, does the car's refinements help/not help it in comparison to the 75/76 280z's?

Hi Brandt, that is one very nice looking Z car. It appears to be straight & rust free! I agree with Brycey, though...those hubcaps gotta go!!!!

dogma420, remember that the 5 speed is an optional item on the 77-78. The 4 speed was standard.

well yeah blake, I'm not trying to be so specific; you don't have to waste your time with trivial stuff. I've been in the Zed loop a long time and its assumed that the 4 speed was standard and the 5 speed an option.
