Weight of stripped car?

Recommended Posts

Just curious if anyone has an educated guess on the weight of a stripped

240z. Engine, transmission, doors, all the way down to the hull. Am working

on a rotisserie alternative and this info will help. I know I saw a thread here

in the past where someone stated that they were able to take lift one off

the back of a trailer using only 4 people. Thanks.

I cut a 4x4 post the width of the car and drilled it to fit the mustache bar bolts. At each end of the 4x4, I bolted a castor wheel from Harbor Freight - the large ones. I pick the car up at the front frame rails and wheel it around. The front is real light. The back takes two guys to lift.
