Mounting emblems

With judicious use of a heat gun, I've removed the 3M tape without damaging the paint. Low heat so as not to burn the paint or the emblem. Nissan used double sided tape on some of their emblems. Maybe not on the 240Z but the '5 Speed' emblems used on the 280Z, 200SX, 810 etc. didn't have pins.

Well, here is the beautiful result.

Also got new rotors and front brakes (they were shot), carbs balanced and synched, thermo housing replaced (after the broken bolt debacle), new bumper rubber, chrome door handles installed, tuned...

It runs like a dream and looks pretty good too.

1970 radio coming Friday and I am darn near done with the refresh (and about out of $$$$ to spend on it for now)...

Most definately. . . .. I cant wait till I get it titled and registered properly so I can drive without worry of a big ticket....Still have to fail emissions and get a waiver to get the registration finally...

Then all I have to worry about is drving!
