My brake booster has died(71 240z)- ive gota stand on the brakes to slow down-- hiss while braking- high idle etc.

Ive cracked it open and the diafram(i cant spell) is split in 4 places..

Now repco doesnt sell kits nor does a local brake place.

Are they the same as other datsuns --180b 200b 240k etc

Ive got a spare 73 240z-- it does not fit.-different bolt pattern.

ive got a 260z 2+2 and it doesnt fit either.

Anyone know of who does sell kits in australia?- will i have to go to nissan?

any ideas?

I got mine done a few years ago, I took it to the local brake shop and they sent it off to get it done. I think it went to Stopmasters at Brendale. It came back a few days later rebuilt.

Don't know if worth it, but from the U.S. you can buy one for $99 + $35 core.
