So I've heard! I had a friend who went there and he couldn't stop talking about the place! Which town was it that was burned down by lava and was built from the ground up? I can't remember? That was one of the first pictures I saw of New Zealand and I just fell in love with the place! I heard also that you guys have vintage car races there and some rallying? Now that puts the icing on the cake! Beautiful place!

Don't be sorry, I enjoyed the link, it was/is a nice car. If you do decide to come to New Zealand, the south island is by far the best.

We have had a few Natural disasters, but I don't recall any Lava Flows, We did get a Lahar at Tangiwai, which caused the biggest rail accident in New Zealands history.

Your right, there are lots of motorsport events here, which includes old cars like Datsuns, Toyotas, and Fords. Infact the Datsun Owners Club of New Zealand is having its annual meeting in Dunedin for the Southern Festival of Speed, in which they hold classic motorsport races.

It could have been Lahar. All I remember was the town was built from the ground up but it had a very old feel and design to it. As soon as I saw that picture I said "perfect".

That link you sent me was very cool! Made me jealous! You guys are lucky to be in a place like that!

Yeah, although the people who think they need them decide later on that it's not what they want, I can't think why :cheeky:

Thanks James for the offer to practice on your car. Might just do that and try some new techniques that I have been working on :stupid:
