That's the price if it was to be a new rear quarter put on, chances are higher price if it was to be pulled, beaten and skimmed back to shape.

They all would prefer the whole panel (78110-R4600 - Panel-Rear Fender RH) but if it wasn't possible two would have the skills to pull it out and one would make the entire bottom section from scratch. These two haven't given me quotes yet.

Yea due to the damage on the both body lines, and around that quarter glass,

Id reccomend replacing the quarter panel as well..if one is available.

I was going to purchase a RHS rear quarter panel, ex NOS from them a couple of years ago; they had one only, not sure about now though, fingers crossed.

I think it was selling for a couple hundred $ back then, that'll fix the whole thing. The panel extended from rear light panel-rear window/door frame.

Michael don't surpose the parts car has a good panel? If not get the insurance company to purchase you that 240K on Trademe another whole parts car 8)

Have to tried Nissan to see if the panel is ex Japan? I thought I would not get a new (zed mind you) bonnet but I did it cost plenty but it is new Nissan

Parts car has actually long since gone, crushed once I'd taken what I thought I needed.. no room for it to sit here.

Nissan was unable to find a new panel for me, I did try, but no go.

Just letting you know Michael that I do intend on sanding down my parts car to see what lies beneath. My friend should be bringing the angle grinder tomorrow... but yeah, don't think it'll be very nice.
