January 24, 200619 yr comment_153234 Ed,I can't help you with part#'s, but seriously consider having your head re-built by a head specialist. Not only will you need valves, but you may also have bent valve guides (I did) which need pressing out. How are your valve seats? Some, not all of mine needed replacing, which didn't concern me at the time as they were still the original brass. All up cost wasn't as expensive as I excpeted. Also that d=tapered dowell that gave way should be replaced with a new one.Make some enquires first before you go down this path, I did and I'm glad I sent the job out.FWIWMOM Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/18657-valve-part/#findComment-153234 Share on other sites

I just wanted to get some prices on the valves so when I get some new ones I won't get raked over the coals. The more info I have when I drop the head off will make it seem like I know what I'm talking about. And hopefully get a decent deal.
