Ok .59 inch X 25.4 = +15mm offset < That's should be quite tucked in and very safe on a 7'' rim.

To convert equivelents take 6 mm for every 1/2 inch rim width.

So, if you start with a 14 X 7 @15

Then the outside of 14 X 6.5 rim would be at the same relation to the fender lip @ +9

Appliance Industries again. They were called "Dia-mags" and were only available in 14x6 in four lug, as I recall. They used a really odd proprietary lug nut that would probably be a b**ch to find today.
Looks great Doug. Are those the ones from MSA?

They are the same ones that MSA sells, however, I got them at the local tire shop for a lot less $$$. They are American Racing Sprint/AE wheels :-)

That is why I rarely do business with MSA, VB, TIR, etc. Speciatly shops, specialty prices.
