major flooding. HELP please

after rebuilding the suspension on my 77 280z about a year ago, it stalled one day and I coulnt get it restarted. I havent had time to really mess with it till the other day. I replaced a fusible link wire I thought might be the problem and it started and I drove it, albeit rough it ran okay. the next morning I went out to get it in tune and couldnt start it. found that the cold start valve was leaking from where the electrical connector, connects with the rest of the part. I removed it and covered the hole where it goes. but then found that the cylinders and plugs were being overwhelmed with flooding. I am at a loss please help if you can
