Those are "non-driving dents" as in "Hey officer, I wasn't driving at the time. My ex-girl friend did that with a crow bar when she found out I was cheating on her."

Boybondo used all the bondo in the shop(he called it thick red paint), and the shop owner that bought it was pissed so he beat on the only areas that didn't have any! The shop owner is just trying to get back the cost of the bondo that was used...
