UPDATE 2/17/2006: Winner will also be featured in Sport Z Magazine!!

I thought it would be fun to put on a competition (with some class). For those of you who have wives, girlfriends, or significant others who are willing to participate, I think it's time for a contest!!

Take a picture of both of your babies together. Ie: Your photo must contain your Z car, your s.o., and some interesting words about them both. Post your picture in our gallery CONTEST area. You can find the link here: http://www.classiczcars.com/photopost/showgallery.php?cat=3300

This will be a classy contest and should be considered fun for everyone. Winners will receive a club t-shirt for him, a babydoll t-shirt (for her), and a Microfiche CD (for the car).

Please have all of your photos submitted by April 1st because that's when I'll turn on the voting.

These are great! I am happy people got into the spirit of the competition....mine is coming very soon!

Trying to get the wife to do the right picture. She wants to do it but wants it her way. (don't they always) Maybe in the next day or so.

I really like the idea of this contest, but I have to protest too. Not real fair for us that live in hell, I mean the great white north. A little hard to pull the Z out in the (non-existant) sun and get the wife to throw on something purrrty for a picture. Oh well, how about a part 2 some time in like August?

OK.......what in the world is keeping you guys from submitting to this contest. My submission was strictly for humor, and besides, my car is totally dismantled and looking ugly at the moment. I know for a fact that a large portion of the members of this site have some slick look'n rides that they could submit, along with the significant other. Heck, tell the significant other they can wear a parka and sunglasses, who cares. Pull that car out of the garage, stick an old 8 x10 glossy of her on the windshield, and take a picture. After all that work you put into the car.......show it off. I know its sunny and warm in NC today, perfect day for a good picture here.

Ok, I have posted the picture of my wife and the 1972 240Z....for some reason, it's "pending approval", but there is no nudity.

Some background, we took this picture in our garage during the early afternoon. My digital camera allows some cool filters/lenses to improve the quality of the image.

A word about my lovely wife -- while I won't reveal her age out of fear for my life, let's say she's a few years older than the 240Z.

The comments about time-of-year do have merit. Perhaps we should extend the contest into the summer?
