UPDATE 2/17/2006: Winner will also be featured in Sport Z Magazine!!

I thought it would be fun to put on a competition (with some class). For those of you who have wives, girlfriends, or significant others who are willing to participate, I think it's time for a contest!!

Take a picture of both of your babies together. Ie: Your photo must contain your Z car, your s.o., and some interesting words about them both. Post your picture in our gallery CONTEST area. You can find the link here: http://www.classiczcars.com/photopost/showgallery.php?cat=3300

This will be a classy contest and should be considered fun for everyone. Winners will receive a club t-shirt for him, a babydoll t-shirt (for her), and a Microfiche CD (for the car).

Please have all of your photos submitted by April 1st because that's when I'll turn on the voting.

How about you run a second contest then? I know I am pretty anxious to see how the voting goes now! Plus, it took alot for me to get my better half to pose for this, I think she's privately looking forward to the results!

I hope you guys are aware that a photo like rdefabri's will not be able to be published in the magazine. As far as I'm concerned, it can win the contest, but it won't make the pages of SZM. A lot of our readers would be up in arms over it.

I don't want to stop people from doing what they want, so there is always the option that I can mention the contest in the magazine and leave out the pictures. This way Mike will still get some traffic to see what the contest was all about.

The main thing I wanted to do was to be able to write a little something in "Shifting Gears" About the website, contest, the winning picture and the owners car. Keep that in mind.

I know censorship can be a hassle and if it bothers a lot of you, I'll leave it up to Mike to decide if he thinks the winning photo should be in the magazine.

I can understand that, so if needed, I can send "tamer" pics of my wife and the car, or of just the car itself.

Agree with you, I'll defer to Mike on this.

I threw another one into the mix last night.

We definitely had a really good time with the whole process of taking the photo. Not if I could help it, would I turn down a chance to get the wife into some sexy clothing and shine up the Z.
