Posted March 15, 200619 yr comment_159453 I was wondering what linkage parts I need to change to make a triple weber setup work in my fuel injected 1979 280zx. I measured the approximate distance between the head mating surface and the center of the 2 linkages, and the weber linkage is about 2" closer to the head than the F.I. linkage? Would I have to swap the linkage out of an early Z, or can I get a whole kit to convert the linkage? I am not sure what intake manifold type I have, but the manifold has two uprights for the linkage cast into the manifold, not like the ones seen on ebay that have bolts tapped into the manifold. Is there a different manifold that would bring the linkage closer to the stock zx linkage location, or linkage parts available for this?
