It was all because the clutch was free and not double checked.

As for the tranni being bad, thats what you get for $77 now-a-days.

I got 2 weeks (as of today) to get it right. cross your fingers for me.

OK, so now I'm supposed to feel better? My transmission came free with the car, and I have two free clutches to choose from. I already identified that one of the free pressure plates does not match my bearing collar, I was hoping that would be the only issue.

Dave,the transmission rebuild kit will cost you about 109.00+tax,the diff kit will cost you about 100.00 to 150.00+tax.[add 20% to both.]I'll rebuild the trans for 100.00 and the diff for 70.00.[unless you help me,than you can cut the cost down to half of each.]or you can L.E.D my 300zx tail lights,side and front markers.[i'll pay for the l.e.d's and all nes. parts.]

I was able to get over to the Casino thing on Friday night. That was pretty fun, although I lost more chips than I care to admit! Damn poker tables!!
