June 12, 200222 yr comment_8707 I know someone here in NY who *may* be interested, but can you give anymore detail? Is this a G-nose, or is it the hood/fenders combo, or other? How much/what damage? Do you have any pics available? Thanks, hopefully providing more info will get you a sale. August 18, 200222 yr Author comment_13355 I know that you inquired sometime ago about the fiberglass frontend. I don't go to the Classic Zcar site too often, so it is best to email me directly at MJPhotographer@worldnet.att.net. if you're still interested.markojay Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/1933-240z-fiberglass-frontend/#findComment-13355 Share on other sites
August 19, 200222 yr comment_13363 Is this the same unit sold by JC Whitney?? Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/1933-240z-fiberglass-frontend/#findComment-13363 Share on other sites
August 19, 200222 yr Author comment_13395 Yes, it's the same as the ones JC Whitney (that's wher I had purchased it from). I'm asking $300, they go for $600 new. Because they're designed to be as light as possible for racing, so for street use you would just have to add more layers of of fiberglass to the inner shell to make it stronger . Extra around the grill and headlight areas, and anywhere there be alot of stress or you would be bolting anything to it. You should get the advice of a body person who works with fiberglass. August 19, 200222 yr comment_13398 Do you know how much it weighs.... I am just curious. I am flat now and cannot buy it. But may consider this as a future option.
