Alex 240Z Posted March 31, 2006 Author Share #9 Posted March 31, 2006 I went back last night and the Z is still locked up!!!! Cannot see mileage or even look under the hood !!!! My wife would divorce me if I come home with that Z plus there is a $200 dollar fee for the right to bid on cars !!! My pockets are not as deep as these speculators !!!!! Lot of uppity people there !!! But you will never see an assortment of cars in one location ever it was worth the $15 admission !!! The location of the aution is in West Palm Beach, Florida at the South Florida Fairgrounds about 20 minutes from my house !!!!!!!!!!

Alex 240Z Posted March 31, 2006 Author Share #12 Posted March 31, 2006 Let me tell you there was not many Japanese cars there and the Z did not get much attention !!!! Car is definetly red !!!! They say it is a restoration but we are away of the degress's of restoration just ask 26th Z It has dual mirrors and the Z shift knob, but was still locked up at the end of the auction at 8.00pm ,maybe some one will show the car today !!!! They auctioned about 150 vechicles yesturday and the Z is lot number 309 so I would say it will go late tonight !!!!! Put like this the Z "Got no respect" for the people who remember Rodney Dangerfield !!! I was the only one who oggled over it !!! With all those exotic and muscle cars there the Z would be for me. I quess I am a true Z fanactic like many of us on this site !!!! I will keep you posted !!!!!!!!!!!!!
