Hi all,
I finished uploading photos from the 2006 Motorsport Auto Nationals. I have set up three categories that can be seen at the link below. During the show, I spent time taking photos of people as they drove into the line-up. I also walked around the show taking many photos of the various classics.
I apologize if I didn't take a lot of close-ups and details, but, my camera ran out after 4+ hours of continuous use. I also didn't have any sunscreen, so, it was a good day to BURN.
If you also have photos of the show, please feel free to upload them into the gallery. We could use some additional details of engines, bodywork, suspensions, interior, etc. This is one of our best photo opportunities because of all the different cars in one place.
And, if you have a bunch of photos and you don't want to upload all of them, please send me a PM (or use the feedback option from the main menu) and I can give you my address. You can then send me a CD and I'll upload them.
Anyway, the show was GREAT! Sunny, warm, and it was a record-breaking event. Although I don't have a complete list of the winners, I do know that one of our own members, Bob Coleman, won the Stock 240z class. I managed to get him to pose next to his car at the end of the show. Check the gallery to see picts.
If anyone has the final standings (I can't find them at the MSA website), please reply to this email and let all of us know who won!
