Has anyone used or have one of those factory installed injector cooler fans, Cant you just use one of those instead. Or is this just a get rich sceem .

There are s/c's that can be operated via switch. Ot uses a clutch mechanism on the drive end.

I wonder if its really worth it. I mean sure i can see that you would get a small gain from the air moving faster but nothing i would spend $150USD on.

The factory installed injector cooler fans found on the 280ZX were just for what the name implies: cooling the injectors. Though I've never had a problem with vapor lock which I think that's what there there to prevent. This thing on eBay, however, is crap!

This reminds me of a post that has some guys using a leaf blower and forcing air into the intake, what a joke that was. I should probly call the cops on this guy. I think he stole my old 240 heater fan and is trying to pass it off as a performance part.

All of My very rare, Super-Highend, OEM Suspension tuners are still available, I have sold them once, but the guy returned them because he was afraid of the massive performance gain they gave him-18Gs of cornering force was just to much on poor guy! They now have been organic media blasted, and are ready for polishing, powder coating, annodizing, or just installation. These babys now can look as great as they perform! For those of you that held the dirt and cobwebs as the deal breakers, I saved them in a ziplock, and it will be included as well!

Installation takes only minutes, a 1/2" drive socket wrench(hit them with the side of the head, that damn square on the front makes 'em fly off, and then if they didn't embed in your head, you gotta hunt 'em down-seem they handle flying through the air real good too-no extra charge for that! The tire iron works well too if you are in apinch for adding performance!
