It's just me but anyone that does that goes instantly on my ignore list.

Hi guys, another good way to no-so-big images is to upload the originals to the gallery and then link to the medium size graphic. Our server will always take a large image and then create a small/medium graphic. Just some hints about how to use the site to its best.
